PDQ Week is an annual company gathering that brings together employees from around the world for a week of collaboration, planning, learning, and team building. As Art Director, I led the creative direction for the event, overseeing a $45K budget and directing a team of designers and an events specialist to create a cohesive experience for more than 200 attendees.
Working across environmental graphics, signage, apparel, presentation templates, swag, schedules, and digital communications, our team produced more than 120 deliverables that helped transform the event into a unified brand experience. The visual system was designed to be flexible, engaging, and distinctly PDQ while supporting the practical needs of a large-scale internal event.
The result was a highly successful event that strengthened company culture, encouraged cross-team connection, and left employees feeling energized, aligned, and ready to take on the year ahead.

A major focus of my work has been modernizing the brand while preserving the authenticity and practicality that resonate with system administrators. This included refining the visual identity, developing scalable design systems, establishing creative direction, and helping create a more cohesive experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
The work featured below highlights a selection of branding and website initiatives, including visual identity development, website redesigns, conversion-focused experiences, and the ongoing evolution of the PDQ brand.

SmartDeploy needed a modern brand identity that reflected the simplicity and reliability of its endpoint management platform while supporting the company's continued growth. As Art Director and Brand Designer, I led a team of two designers in the development of a comprehensive visual identity system designed to create consistency across marketing, web, product, and event experiences.
The project included the creation of a new logo system, typography, color palette, iconography, illustrations, marketing collateral, and brand guidelines. I provided creative direction and oversight throughout the project, ensuring every element worked together as a cohesive system while empowering the design team to contribute across multiple areas of the brand.
The result was a unified and scalable brand experience that strengthened visual consistency, improved brand recognition, and established a foundation for future marketing and product initiatives.

Eduaide is an AI-powered workspace built to make teachers’ lives easier — streamlining lesson planning, resource creation, and feedback. They brought me on to redesign their homepage and craft sales enablement materials that not only spotlight the product, but speak directly to teachers — showing them that AI isn’t here to replace them, it’s here to help.
