PDQ Week is the company’s annual summit, where the entire distributed workforce is brought together at PDQ’s headquarters for a multi-day experience focused on alignment, inspiration, and connection. The event serves as a moment to introduce the year’s strategic theme, share upcoming initiatives, and foster team building across departments.
For this year's PDQ Week, the central theme was “Expansion.” Under my art direction, we set out to craft a fully immersive brand experience that visually and spatially embodied this theme. From environmental graphics to swag, every touchpoint was thoughtfully designed to reflect the company’s evolving vision and trajectory for growth.

While PDQ had built a strong foundation of brand loyalty, its rapid growth led to a fragmented visual identity. Over time, sub-brands and assets were added with little cohesion, resulting in a patchwork of illustrations, icons, and colors, that lacked consistency, uniqueness, and personality.
To match the strength of its product, PDQ needed a streamlined experience with clear hierarchy and a redesigned visual system — one that was scalable, strategic, and reflective of its best-in-class status.

SmartDeploy, a PDQ-acquired product, maintains its own identity while supporting PDQ’s broader product ecosystem. This site functions as both a marketing platform for SmartDeploy and a cross-sell tool for PDQ.
As Art Director, I leveraged PDQ’s design system (see project here) to create design and layout consistency between the two brands while establishing a refreshed visual brand for SmartDeploy. The result is a distinct yet unified brand experience that balances consistency with individuality.
Nav is business financing made simple. It provides a platform that utilizes a customer’s business data to match them with the best loans and credit cards for their business needs.
My goal was to rebrand Nav to support this messaging framework while increasing Nav’s conversion rate.
Outcome: Over 32% increase in conversion rates within the first 2 months.

Eduaide is an AI-powered workspace built to make teachers’ lives easier — streamlining lesson planning, resource creation, and feedback. They brought me on to redesign their homepage and craft sales enablement materials that not only spotlight the product, but speak directly to teachers — showing them that AI isn’t here to replace them, it’s here to help.
